Authentic Italian architecture, Quaint coffee lounge, Unique iron gates lift
Room interiors could use an update!!! Dated bathroom fixtures detract from comfort!!! Inconsistent water temperature makes showering frustrating!!! Poor Wi-Fi connections hinder planning!!! Elevator service can be a hassle!!!

would definitely come back there.
The room was super clean and had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. Loved the balcony for fresh air! Plus, every floor is accessible by lift, and the coffee lounge was a sweet bonus. Also, the staff were really helpful with local recommendations!

i expected to be treated like royalty, but the only thing royal about this place was the noise from that large gate slamming all night. the shower was cramped and leaking, and i thought better service was guaranteed for a guest like me, but instead it seemed no one cared. absolutely disappointing.

Staying here with the family was a delightful experience! The staff made us feel at home from the second we checked in. Plus, I loved having coffee on tap whenever we needed a little pick-me-up during our exploration of Florence with my hubby.
My wife says that the room could use more soundproofing.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and vibrant restaurants. The staff made us feel welcomed, especially the kind woman at reception who offered great local tips.
